Certifications

Standards We're Certified To

Our quality management systems are independently audited and certified to the most rigorous international standards — covering commercial, aerospace and special process requirements.

Global Standard
ISO 9001:2015

The international baseline for quality management systems. Covers our entire manufacturing operation — from order review and planning through production, inspection and dispatch. Renewed annually through independent third-party audit.

● Issued by TUV Rheinland
Aerospace Quality
AS9100D

The aviation, space and defence quality management standard. AS9100D extends ISO 9001 with additional requirements for configuration management, risk management, First Article Inspection (FAI), and FOD prevention — mandatory for aerospace supply chains.

● Aerospace Sector Standard
Special Processes
NADCAP

National Aerospace and Defence Contractors Accreditation Program — the globally recognised accreditation for special processes in aerospace and defence. NADCAP certification demonstrates the highest level of process control for critical applications.

Our Process

Quality at Every Step

Every component follows a controlled, documented flow from raw material receipt to dispatch — with inspection gates built in at critical stages.

01
Raw Material
Receipt
Material certificates verified against order. Grade, hardness and dimensions confirmed.
02
Incoming
Inspection
Material lot inspected and tagged. Non-conforming material quarantined before production.
03
In-Process
Check
Operator first-off and roving inspections. Critical dimensions checked against drawing at each operation.
04
Final
Inspection
100% dimensional inspection by QC team using calibrated instruments. Full report generated for every batch.
05
Packing &
Labelling
Components packed per customer specification. Batch number, job card and inspection report included.
06
Dispatch &
Traceability
Dispatch note raised. Full traceability chain maintained — lot number, material cert, inspection records.
Measurement Lab

Inspection Instruments

Our in-house quality laboratory is equipped with metrology instruments covering 3D CMM, surface texture, roundness, vision measurement and hardness testing. All instruments are NABL calibrated annually.

🔬
Coordinate Measuring Machine

3D CMM for complete dimensional verification of complex geometries. Generates full dimensional reports traceable to national measurement standards.

3D CMM
📏
Surface Roughness Tester

Profilometer for Ra, Rz and Rmax surface texture measurement. Ensures machined surfaces meet drawing-specified finish requirements.

Ra / Rz
Roundness Measurement

Dedicated roundness / cylindricity tester for turned components. Measures circularity, cylindricity and runout to sub-micron resolution.

Circularity
📋
Height Master

Precision height gauging for step heights, shoulders and linear dimensions. Fast and repeatable measurement on the surface plate.

Height Gauge
👁
Vision Measurement System

Non-contact optical measurement system for 2D profile, pitch and form. Ideal for small, delicate components and thread form verification.

VMS
Standard & Special Gauges

Comprehensive set of plug gauges, ring gauges, snap gauges and special gauges for high-speed go/no-go verification during production.

End-to-End Record Keeping

Every component we produce is traceable from the raw material certificate through to the final dispatch note. Our job card system records every operation, operator, machine, and inspection result — providing complete audit trails for our customers.

Material Certificates Mill test certificates retained for every material batch. Material grade, heat number and mechanical properties documented and available on request.
Batch Numbers & Job Cards Unique batch number assigned at job entry. Job card records all operations, machine IDs, operator sign-offs and inspection results.
Inspection Records Dimensional inspection reports retained for a minimum of 10 years. Records available for customer audit at any time.
Dispatch Documentation Delivery challan, material certificate copy and inspection report dispatched with every shipment. Digital copies emailed on the same day.
